How It Works

Our Postal Try-On service is designed to give you peace of mind before your big event. Simply book a try-on for your desired dress, and we'll ship it directly to you. This service is strictly available for dispatch between Monday and Wednesday to ensure our dresses are back in the studio and ready for their weekend bookings.

The Rules of the Runway

To keep this service running smoothly for everyone, there are a few important guidelines to follow:

• Strict Turnaround: This is a quick service! We ask that you return the dress either the same day you receive it or the very next day. The dress should only be away from us for a maximum of 2 nights.
  
• Try-On Only: All postal try-on dresses come with a security tag attached. This tag dictates that the item is solely for fitting purposes. If the tag is removed or tampered with, or if the dress appears worn, full rental fees will apply. These dresses are strictly not to be worn out to events.
  
• Availability Checks: Before booking your try-on, please double-check that the dress is actually available for the dates of your event. We don't want you falling in love with a dress that is already booked out for your special night!
