What’s Included?

If you opt to add Rip & Stain Protection (Highly Recommended!) when renting an item, we’ll cover minor damages such as rips or stains, up to a maximum of $150 NZD per rented piece.

If any rented item in your care sustains damage, please reach out to us before attempting any repairs.

What’s Not Included?

While we recognize that small mishaps can occur, there are certain situations that this protection does not cover:

Late returns

Irreparable or significant damage, including stains that cannot be removed

Loss of the item due to theft, negligence, or other circumstances

If an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, the Borrower will be responsible for covering its fair market value, as determined by our team.

By placing an order, the user gives The Runway Ready permission to charge any additional costs to the payment method provided at checkout.

Note: Same-day pick-ups are available during store hours, and deliveries are sent overnight for orders placed before 3 PM. Please keep this in mind when selecting your rental date.
